Literally just the worst service ever And I was sitting at the bar!!!!!

The service is absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had. The bartender was very rude and inappropriate to paying customers. She was yelling and screaming profanity at some customers. We will never go back again or recommend this place to anyone.

I frequent this place often when I travel for business, and always have amazing service. Fast, friendly, clean… my only complaint would be that they are usually out of a lot of the items on the menu (not sure if it is because they are busy or if it’s an ordering issue, but on more than one occasion they have been out of most menu items). This past weekend I was passing through and had the most wild experience… There were 2 couples sitting at the bar having a loud conversation expressing their personal opinions on transgender individuals in the school system, their personal political beliefs (and dissatisfactions), etc. essentially any hot topic you can think of- these people talked about it…LOUDLY. In the short time I was there I felt extremely uncomfortable about the entire situation, not by the topics so much but more so watching how their comments made every single other person feel who was in earshot range… After watching 2 people get up and leave, more than likely due to the overall atmosphere of the place..(it’s a small bar)… the bar tender finally asked them to politely refrain from discussing such hot topics so loudly in the bar- and the two couples completely LOST IT. I mean really lost it… it was insane!! I was sharing the story with a colleague today and felt compelled to come leave the bar tender a positive review on how she handled a bad situation in the best way possible. Security did end up having to be called on the couples, not sure what came of the whole situation but it was literally the wildest thing I’ve ever seen... Especially in an airport!

Very ride bartender started yelling at couple next to us after eaves dropping on our conversation talking about school systems. She said the bar has a rule that you can’t talk about race, religion, or politics at their bar…no problem!

Had a dime sized roach in my drink. Pretty gross.

2nd stop on our monorail Disney crawl, good drinks, nice atmosphere never got our food. I don't think they like the crawl customer.

Tons of drafts from the Asheville brewery (including seasonal and barrel aged). Wines and cocktails. Bottles and cans from the Nascar variety. You can order Shake Shack from the bar, and the bartenders will grab it for you! Mike was my bartender and was terrific!!
