Staff is great, very pleasant. Food is okay, comes out quick. Plenty of seating, especially for larger groups.

Busy place and our server was fantastic. The food however is mediocre. I appreciate they offer you limitless fries but - yuck. I'm not sure how they prepare them but soggy sticks of potato...colorless, flavorless but if you are really hungry - all you can eat. I had the burger. Second time and not as good as first trip. Patty was charred and flavor was OK but it was really dry. Over cooked? Or the way they make them? The one plus about the food was the kids menu - the pirate boat is a hit and good value. Just my opinion. The place is packed for dinner so they are doing something right. Could be the super friendly Staff?

Their WhiteSpot Legendary Burgers never disappoint! Paired with fries, zoo sticks and a beer is so satisfying. Came here after work looking for a fulfilling meal. Came on a night where the WhiteSpot Legendary Burger was on sale when paired with a drink. The gentleman who welcomed me was friendly and struck up a nice convo. Service was prompt and food was served hot. Would definitely come back especially since their fries are bottomless. That alone is worth the trip if you are craving a good burger on a good deal! Good was as expected for a chain restaurant. They forgot my chicken burger so I ate after everyone else. But the salad was ok

Fast and friendly service. The server was very sweet and attentive. Big portions. Good food.
