Out dashing for over 5 hours. Picking up a dash order. Go inside to use the restroom and they say you have to purchase something to be able to use the restroom. I am 46 years old and do not need to be having an accident on myself. I told them I do not want anything from them. I pissed off went on and paid a dollar at White Castles store number 040013. White Castle has a contract with Door Dash. The order the dasher is picking up has a receipt which probably has a code on it. There is no HUMAN way if you have a contract with Door dash which everyone with the door dash company has had a background check. It is a human rights violation to refuse a functional lavatory, restroom etc. Also if someone is working for a company you have a contract with. It is just common courtesy to let the dasher who are picking up a paid order to let them use the restroom. No one who is working and picking orders from your establishment should have to shell out cash every time to use the facilities. IT IS INHUMANE

Even if the employees are following what their supervisor has told them. We are HUMAN BEINGS. Treat people correctly. It also goes to the people who own White Castles. Last time I checked years ago that this was a family who started this company over 103 years ago who were compassionate people.
I have also personally done business with this company for over 40 years. I am only one person but I will never ever spend another dime in White Castle ever again let alone pick up a dash order from any of your establishments ever.

I see why many restaurants are giving up. The staff is being ridiculous. Dropped my change and said unfortunately it fell under the car. Have a nice day. My mouth dropped I say there he said can I help you I said give me my change of you hasn't jumped to conclusions I would've let it go but clearly you don't know how this work THE COMPANY'S BAD FOOL

I ordered a 12 piece chicken ring and 2 double cheeseburgers.
1st they don’t have the seasoning for the chicken.
2nd I had to wait more than 20 minutes to get my order.
3rd the order is wrong. The manager gets mad because they gave me the wrong food.
At this point yall can keep the food and the money I spent! It is not even worth getting into over poor customer service, I just want come back!
