At Whitebox Roastery, coffee isn't just a drink, it's a way of life. Our story began 8 years ago when my team and I, all self-proclaimed coffee fanatics, discovered our passion for coffee while traveling the world. From the bustling streets of Italy to the quaint towns of Romania, we made it our mission to sample the best coffee shops each place had to offer. With each cup, our love for coffee grew, and we knew we had to bring our passion back home with us. That's when the idea for Whitebox Roastery was born. At our coffee shop in McKinney, we take pride in making it an experience. Every sip is a journey to a different part of the world, where you can taste the authenticity of cultures from Ethiopia to Columbia, Gautemala to Kenya.
