Had an awesome summer literally stayed all summer. Very quiet and the owners are very easy to work with. They also are gonna have new sites in 2024 so that will be fun. Also lots of activities every weekend.

I don't recommend staying during the week not much to do Restrooms: Women's restroom was out of order so we had to use the men's so that wasn't great needs to be updated.

Just finished year 7. We were not there as much due to health/family issues but a peaceful place to take a break. I love the addition of card Bingo on Sat nights. I even won a couple of times. This is easier than the dab the numbers type and really fun. Loved the free popcorn too. They also added several paint and sip events. The nice thing about the activities is they are affordable. You can play the Bingo for the evening for $5-7 and I have won a great deal more. I also know they are adding some really nice activities for the upcoming year. They try so hard to listen to people and provide them with what they enjoy. I do not play Cornhole but know they had lots of tournaments too. We just finished our sixth year here. I have made so many friends and it is like a family for us. I love the pool when it is warm enough to swim and the kids have always been nice to share it with. My main enjoyment is walking/hiking and there are a lot of good spots to do this. Its great to share a campfire with other campers and friends too. They have some really nice activities. The highlight for me is the Haunted House and the Sat, night card Bingo. We loved the Pub and the food was great but unfortunately it closed. We had many family get togethers there. If it had stayed open I would have given it 5 stars. It is what you make it. I feel very safe there and the cost to be there is budget friendly unlike some other spots in the County. Mary and Peter have been very good as owners and friends and are very supportive,.

Me and my family had reservations for a campsite for two nights and in just one day we saw the owners true colors first off the husband started an argument and was swearing loudly three campers down from us about where someone was parked the wife is just plain out rude my sister and cousins got into a golf cart accident and she was more worried about who was driving what vehicle instead of asking if anyone was hurt! And once I told her what was going on she still made assumptions of what happened very rude doesn't care about anything but the money will not be returning and sad part is we were not the only people who complained about how rude the wife Was my family that had a seasonal campsite was told I either take down my post or they get all of their belongings out that day that I made my post!

i was in a previous golf cart accident and can’t even begin to start on how rude and just disrespectful the owner was, first of, her telling people that my cousin (the man driving) was a drug attic or was drinking was not necessary, he haven’t had one drink nor had anything to do with drugs. there simply was a pot hole he was trying to avoid. how can me and my cousin be responsible for an accident that we had no control over. you claim to have seen the whole thing but during the time you where no where to be found. how fast can a golf cart really go for us to be “racing”, this situation could’ve been over with but the ways you acted and how you responded where just unreal. for owning a family friendly business, you lacked respecting a family that was staying at your campsite.

I have lived in my RV here every summer for the last 4 years now. I cannot say enough good things about the owners and my experience. They are accommodating to ppl's personal needs and truly want their guests to simply enjoy their time with them. The bathhouse facilities are the cleanest and most modern I've ever had the pleasure of being able to use should my own RV be experiencing issues...which happens if you are a true RV'r. The pool is clean and we'll kept but the main thing you will enjoy here that I've not witnessed anywhere else is all the extra activities they offer for not only families, but older adults who want to socialize while they enjoy the camping season. They offer Bingo weekly and Corn Hole tournaments. There are extra fun activities to participate in nearly every week at the clubhouse that cost little to nothing to participate. From Paint and Sip events to weekly parades for the kids, there seems to always be something to participate in should you want to meet your neighbors. It truly is the best place to spend 6 months of the year ☺️

In response to the golf cart incident, I was the one standing in my yard with my dog AND MY PHONE OUT. At the last site on the end in the loop. The girl with the leg brace was hobbling from the overturned golf cart repeatedly crying "help" over and over limping all the way to the road with a bunch of kids running and scattering away from the cart right past her. She finally made it and collapsed in the road just as mom or grandma pulled up in the car. I know she saw me standing there watching it unfold. If Dad was in the golf cart why did he allow his already injured daughter to drag herself screaming for help across the field all the way to the roadway ignoring her... where he then appeared, NOT from the field and asked HER what happened. Why ask when you were supposedly there? I was face timing and my friend could hear the incident I just described happen behind me. If you were driving Dad, why didn't you help her as she cried the word help dozens of times limping BY HERSELF to the roadway? I have a time stamped text conversation where I clearly state some kids just rolled a golf cart having no clue that would be a point of contention later on. I had no motive to lie about what I witnessed. I said that because that is what I saw. Not being accountable for your irresponsible actions and allowing that dangerous situation is bad enough. You then proceed to make slanderous allegations in an effort to damage the Park's reputation to deflect from your recklessness. Pretty grimy

I wasn't going to write a review until I saw the response from the owner regarding a review that a family member who was camping for the weekend had posted. I want to be respectful in what I write so please keep that in mind. My daughter and I were seasonal campers. We pulled out after my son in law had our golf cart tip over. I decided the best way of adressing several items would be to bullet points. *On a seasonal messenger feed it was stated by other people that we do drugs and drink, contrary to what a few campers wrote on the messenger feed for seasonal campers we do neither. But if we did, it would be no one's business but ours as we are adults. *My son in law had tipped the golf cart over by trying to swerve away from a hole. The golf cart was not being driven by a minor at the time of the tip. It was written that the owner was told by one of my family that it was. However, NO ONE on the golf cart said that as it WAS my son in law driving. If it was another camper who said they SAW a minor driving, why when the accident occured did that camper not rush out to help my son in law and the kids. If someone saw a child driving then they also must have seen the accident. I thank you for your assistance during such an emotional and traumatic event. *I was told we were going through other campsites with the golf cart. What actually happened was I was following the path of previous golf carts. Not intentionally going through other campers sites. *I can say that in the back wooded area, we (along with many other people in their golf carts) were not driving the 5mph that is required within the camping areas. However, there is no signage in the woods that states that the speed limit is 5mph. Not to mention how fast can a old golf cart go. *I had several campers tell me how they were not pleased with how situations they uncountered were handled. These people were both seasonal and weekend campers. Several of which told me they will not return. *The cost of the seasonal site was great in comparison to many other campgrounds. *If you have children there is really nothing much for them to do. Fishing, pool, playground, a wagon ride at 2pm on Saturday. There are special events but nothing to exciting for my grandkids (ages 2, 9 and 13). *In my opinion, the owners would be happy if all the campers were seasonal and retired. The old saying children should be seen and not heard applies to this campground. *The "store" is a snack bar. If you forget something you will need to leave the campground and get it from Walmart or Wegmans. *Bill was always willing to help when we needed assistance. *I like to be positive in things so the positive take away from this is we now know what we want and do not want in a campground. * Because of the few things mentioned above we pulled out trailer out one week later. Two months before the season was officially over.

responding to "the response from owner" in regards to a comment by Alexis Selover. Dear Mr. owner, your response is riddled with lies. Why are you blatantly lying ?"several eye witnesses saw this, " May i ask what you and your buddies are smoking? You said "the stupidity of your sister and cousins" caused the accident? There was an adult driving.!!!!! There was someone on the golf cart that was involved in an accident a few days prior to the weekend and had been injured from that! They would not risk ,her getting hurt ,on top of that ! I agree, the issue with the other camper was none of our business But when you are shouting from the rooftops at each other ,you invite everyone into the issue. Something to consider -{ you should have more chairs at the pool area . Having a sparse number of lounge/chairs is not very welcoming.}
