I go in and pay $14.75 for a sandwich. At the bare minimum I would hope for it to be right, especially when there’s no on in the place. Not greeted, no hello, nothing. I order a tuna melt with specified ingredients toasted/hot and add on options which I didn’t receive. It’s extremely unfortunate something so simple these days is so hard to achieve. I would’ve at least expected when the sandwich was toasted for the cheese to melt. To top it all off the lights were off… I get it it’s almost closing time but if you’re not going to want to serve me tell me you’re closed and I’ll take my hard earned money elsewhere.

Ordered the Wicked sandwich. Excellent!

No hello or anything when I walked in, not really the employees fault, they’re understaffed only two people working. Apparently their fryer was down but they only told me that after I received my sandwich and I had to ask them where my fries were. So I already paid for the meal and they didn’t think to tell me before or after I got my sandwich I had to walk back in and ask. Also these sandwiches are horrible and overpriced. They’re very very light with ingredients. Just go to any deli please you’ll have a much better experience. This particular establishment would really benefit from just one more employee to help out I think, but the whole structure of the restaurant is just wrong, it’s rotten from the core I think. Just a very corporate unfeeling vibe.

Very friendly staff. But I highly do NOT recommend getting a lettuce wrap. It is not a wrap at all and impossible to eat without making an absolute mess. The ingredients were just stacked on top of each other, like a sandwich without the bread.

I love coming somewhere buying my food getting a receipt that I paid then being told by your worker that I didn't pay. He refused give his name my bank and my receipt prove my purchase. So basically he tried scam me for a extra sandwich and wouldn't give me his name when I call it. Make sure they get a free meal if they want to steal from your customers

Great place to eat very good sandwiches. And fast. I left my wallet there and didn’t realize it until they were already closed went next day they gave me my wallet and it didn’t look like anyone went threw it all my money was there great place

The staff were awesome, friendly and went above and beyond for us! Food was so good, and this is now our favorite wich shop!! We ordered French dip and the Italian dip- we ordered 5 large sandwiches, and they are huge! Yummy, we will be back again!

We stumbled across this restauant while looking for a Subway. The philly cheese steak and veggie black bean patty sandwhiches were great & the house chips were amazing. Will definitely be back.

Nice young lady greeted me when I walked in. The place was clean and organized. This was my first time visiting this place so I was really looking forward to this. The young lady was very helpful with the choices they offered and what was popular. I actually sat down to take my time going over the menu. I finally decided on two of them because that is the amount I had the intention of purchasing. She walked me through the process and learned that, although on the list of options, the avocado is not free like the rest of them. Not a problem. So I completed my order and then waited. It did not take long and was I surprised. These things were long! I couldn't wait to get them home. I have to say that I really enjoyed them but what was lacking was the lettuce, believe it or not. Again, I did like them but looked nothing like the pictures they advertise with. (I know, who ever gets that right.) Next time, I intend to ask about that. Definitely very filling, they were Super Size after all.

Every table was dirty. 4 employees standing around talking in the kitchen. One drawing henna's on her hand. No one greeted us. 1 customer next to us on kiosk having difficulty placing her order & no one tried to help. Prices are going up but service is going down. I picked this place for my family to have lunch. We will not be back. I'm sure you will be out of business soon with those employees running you into the ground. Disappointed is an understatement.

Came at noon to get a sandwhich with my family and this was not a good experience by any means. We ordered 3 sandwhiches from the kiosk which took 45 minutes for us to get said sandwhiches. This is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for 3 sandwhiches when there wasn't that many people in the store. The 3 employees seemed clueless about what was going on the entire time. Will not be returning to this store for over priced sandwhiches with poor customer service.
