30 minute wait around 8:10pm but was worth the wait! Just fresh hot fantastic burgers!

i ordered my food…. when i was 14. i was given my meal at 57. it was a simple order, just fries and a shake. not even a large fry, just a medium. i was given the shake in 6.85 seconds, then began the eternal wait. i sat in the stall for what seemed like hours, but only a few minutes had passed. 5 days later i was still there. i watched as workers clocked in and out, shift after shift. by day 10 i knew every worker by name. i asked if my food was ready, and they just said no. by the 20th year the entire staff was changed. by year 30 whataburger went out of business. the building was turned into a mcdonald’s, but i was still sitting there waiting. i was just now handed my food and the the wait was over. the fries needed salt. fries immediately fell

Night time sucks...order wrong.....lady at the window push the door with force while my hubby ask for ketchup .

Update 3/27/24- over the last few weeks I’ve visited this location in Richmond. Slowly but surely this location reminds me of the ones with the slowest times in the drive thru , and general forgetfulness of the staff. The morning is the worst , no cars and asked to wait at the red fire line for my food at 6 in the morning . I get it fast food is not ideal , we the unreasonable customers expecting our food within 1-3 minutes but 10 and 15 is a bit excessive. Only location in this area close to home so not much of a choice please do better . Whataburger is a favorite, food is good fries and everything else. Only downside is the drive thru times .

This spot is VERY hit or miss. But will come back because work is close by. Today is one of those miss days. Ordered a fish meal and received very little TarTar sauce for it. Also ordered large onion rings just to have my order half filled. Not sure what was up today. Find myself going in there a lot to correct orders.
