Traveled in from Texas, stopped here at 11:03 and the sweet lady was taking mg order, put it in. And the manager comes out and says we do not have breakfast after 11. 3 minutes? Seriously?
Way too long at drive thru !!! I left and went to Braums I’m now almost done eating and the same people are still in line at Whataburger
Update to 2/5/2024. Have been here over a dozen times since I posted the bad review and have not had any issues since. That said, I have also not seen that employee that gave us the problem ever again. So maybe they cured that issue with getting rid of him or else secured itself. Either way, the Whataburger is five stars as far as I'm concerned. Thanks!
This is the worst service i have ever received in my life from Whataburger. The manager there was so unprofessional it was ridiculous. I stopped in there to buy all of my employees breakfast and they did not get the order correct at all ang also did not even get every thing. when i called the store and asked to talk to the manager which was a BIG JOKE she was not helpful at all and was very rude . i do not know how someone like her could have a Management position at all the company must be hard up for management. i go to that location a lot especially on Friday when I furnish breakfast for over 20 employees which i furnish every Friday. i will never return to that location ever and if you are smart you will stay away from this location as long as the manager is ( Heather Warner ) when i asked for her cooperate phone number she told me to look it up and hung up on me twice if i could give Negative stars i would give Negative 5 all way down the board.
Fast service. Great burgers !! Prices are very reasonable.
