The girl on the drive through window was rude, no greeting just said you want a burger or what. These people need basic skills on how to interact with customers even if it's through a speaker. DO BETTER WHATABURGER

Deliver truck blocked me in couldnt back out of a parking spot had to drive over curb so I could get to work.

Ordered thru my app for a curbside pickup I got there and parked on the space number 1 put it on my app what space I was at and waited for about 15 minutes and no one came out to bring me my order so I got off and they wasn t busy and a lady (employee) was clocking in and was the only one who acknowledged me and helped me other employees looked like they didn't have any energy to be there including manager with dark hair around 8:15am on 4/2/2024 the manager didn't even acknowledge me at least to apologize this is the second time this happens. I WILL NOT BE GOIN TO THAT LOCATION ANYMORE!!!
