The server had no idea what we wanted and kept repeating the order over and over the food came out right all in all not a great experience kind of terrible really for high price nasty hamburger

It’s just bad. Extremely slow, dirty, and the worst customer service. Waited like 20+ minutes for food My fries residue on them from dirty oil. Just don’t go. It really sucks.

I dont evenhave nthn to say. this food was too good and the bathrooms were actuallly clean unlike arby's.

Been waiting in line for 30 freaking minutes ! For a Diet Coke!!! And I can’t give up and leave cause they have this funky as* drive through…. There’s a line in front and behind me and we have NOT moved since I got here …. Absolutely ridiculous.

Goodbye old friend! Over the years you’ve changed. And not for the better. I used to make excuses for the cold and dry food and after today, I’m done. We sat in line for 20 minutes with only two other cars ahead of us, which I get, that’s why we’re there. We’re gonna have to wait. For the fresh, hot, tasty and awesomeness that was Whataburger. Welp. Once upon a time. We finally get to the window, our orders never quite right, so you wait some more and when you take a fry out of the bag cause you cannot wait…….it’s barely warm, limp, greasy and a huge disappointment. Nooooo! Not again! So you grab another bag and repeat only to discover the same disappointing thing. You’ve gotta do something. At all your stores. Your stores are greasy, need some TLC, and the food. It’s gotta change. Go back to being what it used to be. Why it started and why it’s there. You grew up, got older and aren’t taking care of yourself. Do something about it. Before it’s too late. Adios Whataburger! I hope you get it together. Fast.

The absolute worst location. You could be the online person in line and still wait 45mins for one order of med fry. How is this location still open!?

One of the worst locations. Slowest one yet!!! Broad street location is better.
