They are trying out a new "pay at the window then park until we forget about you " line. There were 5 cars parked in front of the window & in the parking lot waiting for the order they paid for. Aftet paying i was asked to pull into the lot and they would bring it to me. I said I was not comfortable with that & I would like to wait here until they catch their orders up. I was handed the wrong order 2 minutes later. This had been reported to Corp. & i am having a lab friend check the budger for human DNA. Wish me luck i wanna retire!!
Best Whataburger I go to. Always consistent in quality and speed of sevice. Love the BOB or breakfast biz, #1, and that new burger "blazing" something "Nice". Alot of potential in staff (they seem to care). Very uncommon nowadays. When I had an issue, the OPs mananger took care of my problem. Haven't had an issue since. BET a 5* from me.
I imagine that the people who give 5 stars have their relatives working and the service is very slow, the burgers are cold, I do not recommend it.
The customer service is top notch here. So polite and respectful. Keep up the good work. Best wataburger in Garland!
I just went to place an order at the Whataburger at Centerville and Broadway in Garland with the worst customer service ever I pulled up and the lady asked me to give her a minute I think five minutes is a little too long, but who’s counting right? She said I’ll take your order so I said I need a number eight with no onions and no cheese and I start to finish my order and she cut me off. She goes well. We have three number eight no you don’t. I just told you no cheese just well. I didn’t hear what you said and I said you know what I’ll just go somewhere else and she flat out said good. What kind of customer service is that it is 737 Monday morning on October 14 worst service ever y’all need to do something about y’all employees.
If I could leave 0 I would. Went for spirit night and waited for 10 mins (5 behind a car and 5 at the window) for them to say give me a second multiple times and never getting to me.no one was even there aside from me and the other car….
I realh love whataburger but their staff is just waaau too slow .
The manager (some old lady) kept talking about someone who got fired to the other employees. Customers are not concerned about that...keep your focus on getting the orders done!
