Whataburger

First time I've gone to a wb. Terrible. I went about 3 and the fries were cold, burger was dry. I must have gotten all of the leftovers. One of the mgrs was in the dining room. Many dirty tables. I manage a restaurant. If my employees served that food or the dining room looked like the one I saw, I would be fired. I won't be going to any other wb. I tried it bc people tell me wb is best fast food burger. It couldn't have been this location.

My family really doesn't eat out, but when we do, we go to this Whataburger. It's clean and the employees are friendly.

Got home and realized they forgot part of my order. My fault for not checking, but would it be too much to double check the order. It's listed on their screen. Check off as you go. Simple.

I wish people could understand that easy ice is 1/4 of ice in your drink no matter the size..

Might be the slowest food experience you'll come across. Takes about 10 minutes per vehicle in the drive thru.

ORIGINAL POST: So I actually like this whataburger and I usually check my order before leaving the drive through but I stopped recently because I began to trust the employees who are friendly for the most part. Well, today they had a person who I had not seen before, maybe she is new. She had a bad attitude. I am very polite and said please and thank you to her, and she said not a word to me. Not even a ‘have a nice day’. Just handed me my drink and ‘my’ order and shut the window. Well they also got my order wrong. I will be checking my order before I leave again. And I will also call out the girl for being rude next time I go there. I will be back as I do like the other employees who are courteous and diligent. But that one new lady, I will call you out next time. I hope you fix your attitude. God bless. EDIT AS OF 10-08-2024 I’ve been going back to this location several times since the initial review and it has improved a lot. Will give a 5 stars now as it seems they have actively been improving customer satisfaction. Thanks!

Roaches on the wall by the drive thru window. Ordered with no one in line behind me, was asked to pull into parking spot to wait, waited for 10 minutes and eventually had to go inside to get my food. Got home and the food was barely warm. This Whatabuger has always been like this, it should be shutdown.

They cannot do a simple order. Add jalapeños means add jalapeños . If I'm paying extra for something put it on the damn burger. They apparently can't even put ketchup in a bag after telling them I needed extra ketchup

What has happened to this Whataburger?? USED to be top of the line. Will NOT go back. To start the place was filthy. The food was horrible...bun was soggy with water, fries rubbery. Bad service. Not even offered ketchup and when I asked for some they were rude. The manager asked us how our food was. When I told him the bun was soggy and I showed him he offered to make another one (even cook it himself) but was so rude I wouldn't dare eat anything he cooked. He was so rude I finally informed him I didn't have to eat there and left.
