Whataburger

Food is delicious. Spent 25 min in the drive-thru during non peak time (3pm) . Came back later (930pm) to a longer drive-thru, went inside and waited at the counter for over 5 min with no one acknowledging we were there or looking at us and walking away...finally a young lady came up and said they are out of shakes and fries...behid her the drive thru team was scooping and making fries for drive thru orders...when questioned she said they were onion rings, which was untrue....needless to say we left

This was one of the cleanest and friendliest whataburgers that I have been to. Tried the new whatawings and they were very good.

Tasted good but hamburger was cold. Very busy, no clean tables.

If you don’t mind waiting an hour for 2 meals this might be the place for you. Cooperate needs to come and fix y’all up.

This was my first experience at any Whataburger and it was TERRIBLE. I ordered Uber eats and got a bacon and cheese burger and fries. Everything was ICE cold. The fries were inedible, the burger was missing THE BURGER. There was no patty on my burger at all. So no wonder it was ice cold. Absolutely freaking terrible. I hadn’t eaten in 12 hours and was looking forward to finally trying this place, couldn’t be more disappointed.

Waiting 30 minutes in the drive through to order and get our food. Then we got our food and a burger was made wrong… They messed up a plain cheeseburger. Then we continued to wait inside for another 20 minutes just to be told they forgot about it. Another 10 minutes and we got our food. Lots of talking in the back between employees and not a lot of burger making.
