Whataburger

Had more rude service. Inefficient dual drive thru system. Have to work it out for them . Nowhere near as rude, disrespectful, and sketchy as the first experience that made me leave this review 11 months ago. Management must be as awful as it was at that time(they practically scammed me the first time ). Nearby fast food running circles around wb in that department.

Drive-through about 12 minutes. That’s a long time to wait for someone trying to get to work.

Made me wait 5 minutes at counter. The girl was being chismosa until I yelled...is someone gonna take my order...than she came out. This place has gotten worse and I blame the management. Been coming here for a long time. This will be my last time at this restaurant. Very bad service very bad employees. And very bad management. Update:3-16-24 place gotten worse. Dine in customers have to park away from the restaurant just so delivery pickup can get special treatment, and they don't even eat at the restaurant

Food was dry & didn’t taste fresh. I wasn’t offered any ketchup, napkins & guy at front counter didn’t even ask if I wanted cheese on my burger he just added it to my burger. I did however ask for jalapeños and bacon, but only the jalapeños made it on my burger. I looked at my receipt and I wasn’t charged for the bacon so I didn’t make a big deal out of it. I however will never be stopping at this location again.

Today, 3/18/24, I went and tried their new Wings. I got the sweet and spicy sauce, which was delicious. The wings were covered in the sauce, and I was impressed. I also had the best service today. I informed the employee that the wings and fries were cold. He brought me a fresh batch of wings and fries. He even gave me a free ranch with my order. I forgot his name. He was Caucasian and had curly hair. Thank you for the amazing service. I'll definitely be back.
