What The Fries is a Charlotte-based, family-and-friends-owned and operated culinary concept that all started in a dorm room at Johnson & Wales University Charlotte. Led by professionally trained chefs Jamie Barnes and Gregory “Greg” Williams, the story of What The Fries is one of grit, strong work ethic and never settling.
