Wenzels the Bakers

A good choice of fresh sandwiches,cakes and snack items.The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they stock.A clean and friendly shop.My friends and I go into Wenzel often,and have always been impressed by the range of stock on offer and also the friendlyattitude of the staff.

DONT BUY FROM HERE, I went today to this wenzels as I am on my way to the airport. I was served by a girl named Wictoria, who was very rude. I have asked her for the thicker bag as I am going away and the usual bag rips up, she refused and was extremely rude about it. I offered to pay for them, she said I can't give it, and told the girl at the back to stop making my sandwiches, she then said if you want this take it or don't buy. I can tell she was discriminating against me as she was completely different with the white man standing behind me when she served him. I asked her for the headoffice number to complain, she gave me a wrong number that doesn't exist. I am a regular everyday customer in the queensbury branch and the girls there are Amazing. Very disappointed.

I went to wenzels Preston Road this morning well well well . It was clean and the lady serving was amazing nothing was to much trouble and she even put my shopping in a bag for me . This was a really nice of her i have never had this at wenzels before . I hope she sees this message and well done young lady you are credit to the company
