The Wenzel's in Sudbury town years back the service & staff' are wonderful never see empty shelves. I've been a customer since 2005.Recently it's gone worst. No food available for certain customers with specific needs. Second time when I ask for anything chicken they did not have any suggestions again they offered me bacon club which I don't like. Why you are suggesting customers something they don't want & I don't eat bacon. Need to improve if you want survive in the business by making money no empty shelves.
Picked up some sandwiches today morning. Saw a queue for the first time in my experience there. The gentleman behind the counter needs training in customer service, acknowledging, smiling, talking to the customer.... The counter was unusually sparse but would add that the sandwich was prepared for us as requested.
Lariba needs to learn customer service, very rude and poor customer service
Had an order cancelled on uber eats. No communication. Called the store. Person on the phone was putting on a weird voice. Unprofessional service. Not the first problem I had with this wenzels store.
they lied about the pastries i have asked if its from today,but after i have tried ,it was definitely not fresh shame on them!!!!
Got there 6:40am ten minutes after they opened. No hot food at all. Not even a sausage roll. I've been to many wenzels but this one is a first and I drive 15 minutes out of my way for breakfast before work in local area. Very disappointed
Amazing chicken mayo salad baguette, the best!!!!! over any competitor.. Really friendly staff too forgot crisp packet in previous order and immediately compensated in current order. 5stars ++
