Nice place to relax a little
They didn't get my order right. that made me mad
The first thing I noticed was the musky smell in the dining room and then noticed several homeless people hanging out. Management and employees didn't seem to mind. It took over 15 minutes for them to microwave the potato. And to top it off, the diet coke was flat. Not the first sub par experience that I have had at this location but will be my last for a while.
There are other nearby options I would recommend.
I will never give them my business again. I was treated with such disrespect not only as a customer but even just as human being. The manager wouldn't even look up from his phone while I was speaking to him. They dont even know what specials are on thier building. They just repeated their nah it isn't true until I had to ask them to go look at it. Instead of them giving me the benefit of the doubt and realizing Hey, I don't really know what's going on in my restaurant, maybe the lady that's saying that there's a big sign on my building, isnt making it up even after I know she drove around the building to check, nope. He didn't say sorry, he didn't say anything besides looking at his phone and saying, yeah, when I told them that he lost our business because of how rude they are.
From the moment I walked in I could tell my experience at this Wendy’s was going to be great! They had Christian music playing! Being a new Christian and not hearing the music everywhere much it made my heart happy! Keep up the great work guys and God bless your establishment!
I've eaten lunch here plenty of times. But this time I waited 20 minutes in the parking lot for my food to come out to me. It was completely wrong. I went in to get a refund and it took an additional 5 minutes for them to figure out how to give me a cash refund
Rudest drive thru worker I've EVER met. 1245pm on 8/29/24 and messed up our order.
Nice and clean place, to eat.
Bacon egg and swiss sandwich had just a taste of bacon and the sausage egg and cheese had overcooked/burnt sausage. The potato wedges and burrito were good. I would prefer ketchup to come with the potato wedges but I did forget to ask.
12:45 am and workers would rather be on their phones than take orders. I just left after waiting for 10 minutes at the drive thru.
They always put cheese on my burger and I always ask them not to put cheese on my burger
Every time I mobile order to this Wendy's they are miraculously out of chocolate frosties, but wait until you're at the pickup window and have already charged your card to tell you. There has GOT to be a way to mark an item as unavailable or at least tell you at the speaker before they decide to charge you for an item you don't receive. This happened tonight, and I was offered a drink of my choice (which ended up not being what I asked for) but they forgot to give me my fries. Went back through the drive thru to get them, got home to eat my burger and it's the wrong mfing burger.
I just wish when I ordered with wendys delivery that they would stop giving my kids frostys to someone else. It's summertime. Both times I ordered, the dasher has had to call me and tell me they gave away my order, and then they canceled it all together where I have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund.
I'm pretty sure they took the money immediately. I should get it back with the same haste in which they took it.
Then, instead of remaking the order, it is "canceled."
Wound up having to go up and reorder 4 frosties.
Then I find out there's no cup holders. Wait! What? You're telling me someone took 4 frosties by accident with no holder? That's insane and almost unbelievable.
Come on ladies, get it together and read those tickets, please.
