Food not that great

The old manager with the puffy bags under his eyes is rude, disrespectful, and acts like he could care less if you eat there. At his age he should know how the bills get paid. I bet if you asked the employees privately they despise this guy. Every interaction with him has been bad. I wont be going back there. To the franchise owner, your manager is a complete jerk and liability to your business.

I'm not going to rave about the food itself, though the ghost pepper chicken sandwich was actually spicy, which I appreciated, and the blueberry pomegranate lemonade and customized soda fountain are a step above some competitors. Still, it's fast food; I'm not going there to broaden my culinary horizons. What I really want to praise is the manager, who has an exceptionally good attitude. When they do get something wrong, even something minor, he is direct, he makes it clear that he cares about improving the process, and he makes things right. It's great to deal with someone who takes pride in his work.

Never get my order right, and usually only has one person working (at least that is what the person working says) so orders take forever

I came here pass the time it says they open and no one wanted to take my order this is horrible and never coming to this location again
