I used to come here regularly but never again. On multiple occasions your greeted with "its going to be a while, we're doing a change over". Almost 25 minutes every time. Then after your order is placed it take at least another 20-25 minutes for your order. Once you receive your order it's usually wrong or cold. Ive gone inside to ask for a refund and was told by the "manager" that it's going to be 15 minutes to process since they were busy. BUSY, I was then only person there and everyone was on their phones joking around. This place used to be good, now they're horrible. GM or Regional needs to do step in and handle these consistent problems.

They Always miss part of my order, or something is wrong with my food. I hate to go there and inconvenience the workers by ordering food

Forgot a bunch of food items and had to go back two times to get the order right

Do yourself a favor and don’t ever come here they made me wait while everyone else got their orders

They are horrible when ever I go to pick up Door Dash. I can't say anything about the food but the service was horrible. Everytime I am inside I stand there for at least 3 minutes until I am even acknowledged. Then it takes over 10 mins to get a small order. There have been minimal people in the drive thru and only 1 family in the restaurant with 4-5 people working. If it happened just once I'd understand, but it has happened to me 5 times within the past 2 weeks.

The guy in the drive-through was outstanding! I was adding all sorts of menu items to satisfy a car full, and he did not miss a beat!

Food was good, staff took order but did not interact with customers. We decided to take the food else where to eat.
