The drive-thru was quick.thefood was hot.

Worst service ever. The manager who was waiting on me made me wait at the drive thru speaker for five minutes. Then I waited at the window and I saw her moving around purposely going slow. She was rude didn't say hello and she was out of stock on several items. When I told her that I was in a hurry she told me I couldn't come back so I told I get I would call her boss and she proceeded to tell me to f off. The food was also out together poorly

3/2024. Made the mistake of coming here when i said i would not. Drop to 1 star. Terrible service. Line at drive thru. Line inside. Doordash left without food. Focus seemed to be on filling drive thru and food for employee, amid laughing & joking. I can't figure it out. Wages all went up, and service plunged. Sad sad times. Time to get out of this area. Service everywhere around her stinks. The customer behind me was talking about this area. Right before he got tired of waiting and left without ordering. Yahoo employees have 1 less customer to have to serve. Finally got order just under half an hour. Wow.... May 2022. Left at 2 stars. Have always liked Wendys food. This SEuclid location is terrible. Let me put this way. Drive thru. Food was good when i got home. However. The attitude of the staff and more so the window person was terrible. Bad attitude when asked question. My feeling.. i was doing them a favor. Just another piece of garbage coming thru the drive thru. You dont like your job go somewhere else. Plenty hiring. Dave thomas jas.to.be turning in his grave. Last time i go here........Prev rev : Drive thru only. Took forever and wrong order. Way too slow. 13.min just to get to window after placing order. Waited about the same or longer to.place order. So half-hour for drive thru with inside closed. One burger right the other one wrong. Did not enjoy mine.

Horrible and unpleasant staff. Line Never moves for 10-15 mins at a time per customer no matter HOW many cars there are. Food is cold and not made right. No matter how many chances you give them. If other customers read this remember fast food is all expensive so pick better please.
