I was told they only accepted cash tonight at the drive-thru and I told them that it was fine I have cash. We then tried to order and was met with radio silence. I said "Hello, we have cash" twice and we sat there ignored for 10 minutes. We left.

I went through the drive-through with one car in front of me. I waited 10 minutes before i could order and the car in front of me left. I ordered and paid for a baconator combo and got a single with cheese. Not only was the order wrong, but the burger was cold, like refrigerator cold. I saw 3 people standing around doing nothing but chatting ( and none of them looked like a manager having a meeting ). So why did I have to wait so long and then not receive what I ordered?
