Wendy's

Had to go inside to get mobile order because the delivery truck arrived and drive thru was closed. Disappointing !

This specific Wendy's on Rodi Road always has the absolute best food. Hot beef, cool crisp veggies. Everything is fresh and delicious, every time.

Being told by the manager that I can’t have hot fries with my order is bogus! Being dismissed by the drive-thru cashier because the line was getting long & I wanted hot fries was unprofessional. I asked for hot fries while placing my order. I will say that the only person who wanted to help me & did was Merle. He not only told me that he would drop hot fries for my order, he brought my fries to my car & was so kind about the entire situation. Please hire more people like him, your reviews will increase! All 5 stars for service goes to Merle.

Even after repeating my order three times, they still got it wrong, then tried to give me three extra cheeseburgers. Chicken was hard as a rock. Is Fast Food really that difficult??

My son ordered delivery (Wendy's uses Doordash) and the driver never arrived. He picked up my food then texted me that he was "stuck" and the food never arrived. Neither Wendy's or Doordash will refund my money. Apparently Wendy's doesn't care if you actually get your food, just that they get their money. They washed their hands of me, referring me to Doordash. Doordash can't help because I didn't order through them. DON'T ORDER DELIVERY FROM WENDY'S!

Bun was super hard. Almost as if the burger has been made for a wial got soggy then hardened as they do. Fries were cold. Service sucked they almost seemed pissed I even pulled up. Inside was closed before it should have been. Will never go to this wendys again. Hope corporate shows up. Absolutely horrible food.
