Long wait on the drive-thru line. Burger not hot. The customer service very friendly.

I waited 45 minutes for 1 biggy bag and a child’s meal. I went into the store because drive thru was extremely long. Can you believe I was the only one in the store. Fries were cold, Strawberry Leomade was water down!! I will never go back to WENDYS in Owings Mills and can the MANAGER WAS JUST STANDING AROJND!! GHETTO

These employees are absolutely ridiculous. They tell you to hold on even though there is no one in line. And then after waiting for 5 minutes, I say hello I am ready, she has the nerve to say I am not. LOL. What are you DOING. Several of us are preparing to stage a protest in front of this location. Join us!!! This needs to change. They need to either train or fire their staff.

If I could give this place a 0 I would the employees are unprofessional and nasty the guy making the food went in the bathroom with gloves on and came out with them on and started making food the over latino kids didn’t even have on gloves and has his hands all over the food I cancel my order left be careful you get something you don’t want.

Everyone stop by Jimmy the box. This is amazing car deal and he’s amazing man one stop one shot and you’ll be happy. He will knock out the competition code. They’ll be down for the count count on it he do not need to go to the second round. He knock dealers out in the first round.

Don't go here at night, you'll wait 30 mins for cold food. Customer service is awful. This place is dirty, never seen anyone wash a hand or wear gloves. The staff was so unprofessional and rude. Please go to literally any other Wendy's in the area and you'll have a much better experience.

They need to clean better. I watched them handle food with their hands however they did wash their hands as well. The food is Wendy’s so we all know what that taste like
