There's nothing necessarily wrong with the food itself, but my god are some of the drive thru staff miserable. It's not that I can't empathize with them either, but some of them act as if I'm the reason they're working at a Wendy's, or that I'm throwing a monkey wrench into their whole day for just ordering food. You're better off just going to either of the two Wawa's that are in opposite directions of each other.
Stopped after work. Drive through line was painfully slow. However the personnel were very polite and friendly. Got a spicy chicken sandwich meal and an extra chicken sandwich and bill was over $18. Food was just ok. There was nothing on the extra sandwich. Just a small piece of fried chicken in the bun. Not cheap and not fast.
Cashier at the drive through was rude. Patiently wait for my Chicken biscuit, it was about 5 minutes. Got it home and it was raw in the middle. Very disgusting
Drive thru missed 4 items. 2 times I had drive to get this. Even employees were not friendly
It seems to me an immense lack of respect for the customer, that the establishment is closed with staff inside and the GPS said open!! Besides, I had been parked outside for more than 30 minutes waiting for them to feel like opening the door when I try again it's still closed!!! So I have to eat in my car because they don't want to open the store? well no!! a little bit of respect for the customer please!!!!!
Good food! Vegetarian options: Fries, salads and maybe other items.... Dietary restrictions: Request less salt, ask for no cheese, etc... Parking: Typical fast food parking lot... Kid-friendliness: Easy for children navigate. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy for wheelchairs.
Fries tasted like burnt rubber. Could only order through the app. Staff was very friendly though.
