Second time this location does this to me. Full slices of bacon for the fries? Ridiculous.

Fries always cold and drinks are flat.

Did a moblie order and it still took almost 30 min. to get my order. I had to get down to get my order. When my order finally came out they ask is there anything else. I said I need my 4 drinks. Here can you get them yourself? Food was cold and fries were stale. I should have just canceled and went across the street to chick fil a.

Serious fly problem in the dinning area. Tables dirty. Had to gather my order and eat in my car.

I get it...its hard to get help these days...but when there's an online order put in and it still takes 30 mins to get ur order...HOLY F!...I like Wendy's but this will be the time I ever go to this location! RIDICULOUS! do yourself a favor and go across the street to McDonald's or Chick-fil-A

12 NOON. Went to get two kids meals. 1 cheese burger 1 chicken nuggets. We live about 3 lights away. Got home and kids said fries were cold and gross. Nuggets cold also. The only thing “warm” was the patty on the cheese burger since they have those in warmers. I tried to call to speak with a manager but ofc their phone doesn’t take messages and goes straight to “this phone number doesn’t accept messages since their voicemail isn’t set up yet” and hangs up. I didn’t want to have to drive back and get everyone in the car again..

Great place to eat

Stopped by on a busy night, the day before Thanksgiving. Ordered food in the drive thru, paid and then waited a few only to be handed my food by the manager and not even a thank you or have a nice night. NOTHING! checked part of my order and wasn't to my request so i took it back in. Got back to my vehicle and realized the rest of the order wasn't even anything I ordered. Took it back for a refund and not even an I'm sorry or anything. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER.
