1st time I've ever been to a Wendy's and the nuggets are FRESH!! Big Kudos out to the Kyle Crew!! You've made me believe in fast food again! IG: GodSentRed

I went to Wendy’s in kyle. I found out they no longer had the 4 for 4 deal, and I asked the to-go employee Angel what he suggested. We was quick on suggestions. And was very friendly. Even after I told him I was gonna go to Popeyes, because they didn’t have the deal I was there for. I dabbed him up at the to-go window, and was on my way. Good experience due to service alone. Told him he deserved a good review and I’m a man of my word.

Food came out as expected fresh and hot but my 5 star is for the nice lady working on easter night at the drive through. Even though there was miscommunication with the order, she handled and resolved the issue in a fast and very professional manner.

They got my order wrong, and when I said yes to the receipt they didn’t even bother to provide it to me and on top of that they forgot the 6pc nuggets. Unfortunately I was already running late for my son’s lunch but it’s quite ridiculous they can’t get something so simple right and I wasn’t even rude about it until now!

Y’all got me all the way effed up. I have two kids. I ordered two kids meals. I received one kids meal (and only one toy), NO kids drinks. I also ordered extra BBQ sauce and extra honey mustard for the two other meals I ordered. I also did not receive my extra sauces. I was not given a receipt at the window, then I was asked to pull around so they could bring my order to the door, which took 15 minutes after I ordered to get my food. So now I have two starving children, ONE kids meal, not enough bbq or honey mustard and no receipt and I have to go inside the store to get my milks but LO and behold NOBODY understands English and they don’t understand I’m asking for the KIDS MILKS I ordered and everyone stands around staring at me like I’m speaking gibberish. Not only that but the food quality has really gone down in the last few years. I’m so disappointed in this location and can’t say I’ll be returning anytime soon. Terrible job you guys. Absolutely terrible.

Muy rica la comida, para ser restaurante de comida rápida me sorprendió que la ensalada estuviera muy basta de pollo y muy rico... solo si la maquina de sodas está muy sofisticada pero hace que cualquier bebida se rebaje ya que se mezcla con mucha agua

Been coming here for years and have done many online orders but today you guys majorly dropped the ball. Missing items, wrong drinks, wrong toy for our kid and then no way to call and get a refund on an online order. With some many other options now in Kyle don’t waste your time with this location that doesn’t care about the details.
