Need to clean their floors. Sticky floors aren't a good look. Patties were overcooked just a little, but edible.

Waited 25 minutes to get the wrong order but they always get the bill right... over charge and under deliver should be the motto

They completely messed up my order, it was cold and when I called they didn't answer.

BAD! Im sorry, I hate to write negative reviews about places when the staff is mainly run by teens. and people that are just making by, so I try not to be too hard on them, but this places service is bad! Ive been here multiple times, ad EVERY time they mess up my order to some degree. Last night was the last straw. The person taking our order didn't seem to know. what was on the menu, I. asked for a #11 the Nacho Cheese burger and he just said "huh? What's that?" I had to point to it on the menu saying that one please. My girl Ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget as well, and he DIDNT EVEN put it on the menu, so. I came up with my app and tried to use. my coupon for my free 10 piece nugget, he scanned it and then we never even got it with our order. So now my free 10 piece nugget coupon is gone cause it was "used" but we never even got the nuggets. We asked this man 2 times for some nuggets and he didn't even add it to our order. Im sorry but thats kinda unacceptable for a food company. Then to top it all off, as we were walking out some random guy from behind the counter just walks up to us and hands us a random burger, that we didn't order and says "Here you go." The burger wasn't even in a bag or anything, just in. its wrapper but still it was. just so bizarre. I guess thats not a bad thing cause we got a free burger, but it just shows how unorganized this place is that they are just handing random people random burgers and hoping they got the order right, knowing this place it was probably someone else's burger that they never got to see. and since im on a roll discrediting this place, ill add my fries were cold and un salted. IM more salty then. the fries I got. 2/10 (would give it a 0.5 but the free random burger did give the experience a 1.5 score) Parking: parking lot is all broken and hard to drive in

I have been here a few times. It is a typical location with a drive-thru. I usually use the drive-thru. My order is usually correct.

They didn't have the peppermint frosty anymore.
