Chicken was cold (in the middle) in my chicken sandwich... For the first time ever I was hoping that the chicken COMES COOKED AND FROZEN.... otherwise I would of been pretty sick... They returned it and gave me a burger like I asked BUT the rolling of the eyes at each other wasn't necessary. I asked for a Dave's single instead because I figured it was a safer bet... The restaurant wasn't very busy 3 other customers in total SO NO REASON for my chicken to be half cooked ...

I was missing the dressing of the cobb salad and when I came back after some time for the dressing, they said they couldn’t give me one. I even asked to pay for it but the dark & tall guy who was at front he seemed like the manager was really rude with us. I don’t know how the customer here is being treated. I am absolutely disappointed & will not recommend anyone to go here.

Fast service and great hot food

Walked in to get a coffee and use the washroom at around 10:30am. The whole floor was sticky every step I took. The washroom could use a cleaning. I don't usually complain about little things like this but, obviously someone wasn't doing their job properly. Perhaps I caught them on a bad day. Other than that the employee who served me was extremely nice. My coffee was fine. I'll be back hopefully the floor doesn't squeak with every foot step next time.
