Food quality still a question mark. Fresh hot food was expected.. The patty for my sandwich was not at all hot. Foul smell felt in the meat.
Worst staff very bad customer treatment as app is not working for orders and website is down they don’t care about those and says it’s corporate not sure which world this store is running. They need to train that cashier for customer services.
food was good service was very bad. treated me very rudely with no customer service.
They won’t let you order at the counter unless you pay cash. Kiosks are slow, not responsive, and don’t have all menu options. Took 8 minutes to place an order for 4 people. Once submitted it took 27 minutes for the food to come out. No line in the drive thru and nobody else inside. 7 people in the kitchen. Two on their phones. What are these folks doing?!?!
Very hit or miss, which is very sad for me. I lived down the street from Dave Thomas and Jim Near (the CEO that died at the Atlanta Olympic games) the Wendy stores around Columbus, Ohio stores were always on point, probably scared of spot visits. The service is slow, especially since I'm usually the only one in the drive thru. Don't always have my complete order. I've never been inside, so I can't attest to atmosphere. The food has usually been good.
Always fast and efficient during lunch hours at the drive thru. The $5 lunch is the best price around for a full meal for fast food chains.
