The store was taking mobile orders but when I tried to go through the drive thru they said they aren’t taking orders tonight. Then I see the worker bring out an order to a mobile order outside. Lazy kids.

Food was Luke warm and took forever?

The young kids working here at night are idiots. Got my order wrong 3 times. Had to go inside so they can give me correct food. Also threw in a spicy nugget into my 3 year old kids meal...

I’m not the kind of person that leaves bad reviews to be honest. I’ve worked in fast food before and have been in the restaurant industry for the last 10 years so I know there’s always going to bad day or two. But every time I order food at this location I’m constantly disappointed. The quality of food, customer service and the speed of service is terrible. Every time I go to the location 8 minutes away by Spring Hill mall it’s a 10/10. I know this location hasn’t always been this bad. But in the last couple years and especially in the last couple months it makes me not want to return and I rather just take a slightly longer drive and no longer support this location anymore. Too many negative experiences and I usually end up giving my food to raccoons because it’s so bad. And sometimes they don’t even want it.

Drive through moves slow very consistently and the quality of food has significantly dropped in the last few months
