I just had the worst experience ever at the union street location in bangor. Sat in drive through for a half hour for them to send one out saying headsets are no longer so we can't do drive thru. I go in and wait atleast another half hour to place and receive an order. I specifically asked if everything was in the bag and was told yes. When I got home I most definitely did not get everything I ordered. I was missing 3 Jr bacon cheeseburgers. I will not be returning to this location again. Gone completely downhill and that's the nicest way I can say it. Zero stars would be more accurate.

Waited 50 minutes in the drive thru for a 15 dollar burger that was cold and literally dripping with mayonnaise. Overpriced, bad quality, and terrible service.

Long drive thru line and average food. The chili was very good. But 25.00 for a burger,fries large chili and 10 nuggets
