I love Wendy's, but the food and service has gone down hill in the last couple years.

Sometimes I go thru drive thru and it's so fast but MOST of the time there's no one in line in drive thru and they still make u wait to order then once u order and pay they make u park and wait 10/15 mins for ur food and then the fris are 100%of the time cold or barely warm!

This I the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. No food, no service, a bunch of amateurs.

Couldn't get our order right even after having to repeat it to them.

I was over charged for my food. Spent $70 on food and over half of it was either missing or not the correct items
