    • Chocolate Cake Donuts

      It’s the icing that distinguishes our Chocolate Donut from all of the other similar versions you’ve ever eaten. Our icing is made from the richest ingredients, including two different kinds of chocolate!
    • Kolacky

      Our kolacky are very tender and hand-cut. We use real sour cream, which makes the dough literally melt in your mouth. We offer seven varieties, including Cheese, Apricot, Strawberry, Raspberry, Pineapple, and Poppyseed.
    • Buttermilk Poundcake

      Our special revolving oven helps us bake the most moist and eye-appealing poundcake you have ever enjoyed. In addition, the Fudge or Buttercream is the “icing on the cake” when it comes to our poundcake. We’re always happy to add nuts or coconut to the outside edges for additional flavor and variety.

      This is a cake-lover’s dream! Made with two layers of banana cake and one layer of chocolate cake, filled with home-made custard and topped with fresh bananas, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries – truly, a Banana Split in cake form! Featured on WGN’s Chicago’s Best
    • Fresh Strawberry & Cheese Coffee Cake

      This is the finest example of our Danish butter coffee cake – light buttery dough topped with a rich cream cheese filling. Upon cooling, it is topped with Fresh Strawberries.

      One of the most popular treats of all time, a Weber’s Bakery Brownie is especially satisfying due to the very chocolaty, moist brownie base that is topped with a very generous amount of our silky fudge. Always available with or without nuts!

    • Almond Horn Cookies

      Our almond horn cookies are made with a buttery dough and premium finely-ground almonds. Topped with powdered sugar, these cookies truly melt in your mouth! They are available year-round and are a classic favorite.
    • Butter Cookie Overwraps

      The name says it all—these cookies are made with real butter. Once the cookies are baked and cooled, we dip them in a sweet buttercream mixture and decorate them with colorful sprinkles. We sell these year-round in one-pound trays, but large pyramids are available at holidays and by special request. For all of the chocolate-lovers out there: look for one-pound overwraps featuring a row of our chocolate butter cookies! The dough is a chocolate-butter base, and the cookies are enrobed in our delicious chocolate candy coating
    • Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies

      These classic cookies are guaranteed to please any crowd. Each chewy cookie is loaded with chocolate chips. They are available year-round.
    • Oatmeal Cookies

      Our oatmeal cookies are moist and chewy. Large California raisins add another dimension of texture and flavor.
    • Peanut Butter Cookies

      Our peanut butter cookies are rich and creamy because we stir real peanut butter into the batter. We drizzle them with a generous amount of chocolate. They’re available year-round.
    • Chocolate Pecan Drop Cookies

      It’s almost impossible to stop eating these delicious cookies. Each one is chock-full of pecans and topped with a large drop of chocolate. They are available year-round.
    • Sugar Cookies

      Our sugar cookies look different depending on the season, but they are always made with the same sweet and satisfying dough. We enrobe them with colored chocolate and decorate them for every occasion! Look for smiley faces in the summer, pumpkins and mummies in the fall, hearts and shamrocks in the spring, and many more seasonal variations.

      At Weber’s Bakery, we save some of our most traditional and beloved cookies for the holidays. Our almond florentines, pfeffernusse cookies, gingerbread Santas, chocolate mint cookies, and pecan dreams are available starting in November—and they are all worth the wait!
  • Breads

    • Raisin Hoska

      A hand-braided, rich, sweet-dough bread chock full of golden raisins. This bread is delicious toasted and buttered for a wonderful breakfast option. As a special treat, we offer red and green hoska at Christmas and a beautiful pastel six-color hoska during Lent.
    • Grandpa Rye Bread

      A large three-pound loaf of robust rye bread, perfect as a base for large sandwiches, or as a complement to any meal. Made with caraway seeds! We especially enjoy it with soup.
    • Cinnamon Raisin Cylinder

      A unique circular shape sets off this delicious loaf. Just out of the oven, it is brushed with butter and rolled in cinnamon sugar. This bread makes excellent breakfast toast with butter- or even peanut butter!
    • Sauerkraut Rye Bread

      A round loaf of moist rye bread with homemade sauerkraut and caraway seeds kneaded into the dough makes this a true specialty bread that is very tasty and unique. It’s also the perfect size for bread bowl soup!
