Always worth it

The last time we came..no one making the food had gloves on. The guy was touching the cheese with no gloves. Insane. To make matters worse, he was touching his phone and then back on the grill. Needless to say, we canceled our order so quick!! Won't be back. Not too mention the food there is not cheap. So im definitely expected good/sanitary service.

I ordered my food at 4:40 and got the burger at 5:30 all I did was ask if my order was ready and the cook must have been in a bad mood but they just angrily said "I have to make the bourbon burger" like I wasn't just waiting 40 minutes. Attitude weird, vibes weird, burger wasn't even that good for all that energy.

I wish there was zero stars, I was hungry for a good hotdog, what I got was a disgusting mess! Disgusting way over salted disgusting garbage. They should be embarrassed to serve such garbage food. Once and done. My families first time and last time there.

I recently placed an order at Wayback Burgers, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. My order was delayed, and when I finally reached the counter, I was informed that the item I wanted was unavailable. The staff, who appeared quite young and overwhelmed, did not handle the situation well. They were on their phones and seemed to be ignoring customers—maybe due to a register issue, but no explanations were provided. After I had already paid, I was told to resolve the issue through DoorDash and that it wasn’t their problem, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, none of the staff were wearing hairnets, which raises concerns about food safety. Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability was disappointing and needs serious improvement.

Food was good. Service was excelente And my boy O'neil best worker there.

Small portions, but really nice people there. Certainly not a good value place.

Came in on quiet Wednesday afternoon. Tenders were amazing, as usual, albeit a bit small, but out of my control, so no worries there. The new cookie butter shake was also to die for; very good, more places should do those kind of shakes! It’s also nice they have Cherry Coke, unlike McDonald’s or Burger King. Would def come back again to this location 😌😇

My husband got food poisoning from the cheesesteak sandwich. Never ordering from this place again. Edit to add, a week later, never got a reply back. I can't confirm if the necessary steps were made for food safety but will never know away because, again, never ordering from this place.

Really inept management if they couldn’t schedule more than 2 people during “National Cheeseburger Day.” Ordered take out for a specific time but they couldn’t manage to make it until half an hour later.

The service is absolutely embarrassing here. Expect really long waits for small orders and employees too bothered to even greet you.

Yummy burgers, cheese fries, cheese curds. Great place to stop.

Just like the name , reminded me of McDonald's way back when I was a kid I'm in my late 40s now, now it's not even close, I like the fact that they cook it right there in front of you and they put whatever you want on your burger bring it out to you. Got a good deal on coupons always check the Clipper Magazine and your local mailer for coupons for a good deal , milkshakes are really good too. Very friendly cooks and staff.
