In this program, Unblended takes young farmers through a few different predetermined goals to teach them and make this process exciting for them. They learn how the US market works, how to market themselves, gain international experience, invest in their own production, and general marketing. This is such a special organization invested in the future of coffee and coffee farmers, and this is just one of the reasons we were so excited to partner with them!\n\nThis washed coffee underwent 12 hours of fermentation in the cherry, was de-pulped and fermented again for 24 hours. After the final fermentation, the bean was then washed and dried and sent to us!\n\nIt is a smooth, dense cup with notes of honey crisp apple, macadamia nut, and clove.
