This is the worst customer service experienced I ever received there is a black lady I didn’t get her she kindly short little light skin she was wearing a black hat she worked at night I went there for buying some drinks around 8pm she treated me like so poorly I hope honesty waawaa send her back to training cause she doesn’t deserve this job her attitude it’s disgusting and nasty with customer service
Me and My Hubby Came By tonight to get some food after work. I ordered a ham panini with lettuce, pickles, parmesan, and garlic aoli… I didnt get any ham on it and hubby didnt have a couple of the things he asked for in his bowl and we didnt realize till we were home.
Food is slow to busy talking... at counter ma'am ma'am ma'am 5xs before she bothered to look at me because she was talking w coworkers... js ppl n a hurry and waiting on food cuz u chit chatting...

I highly recommend this Wawa over any Wawa I ever been to let alone be a REGULAR CUSTOMER TO. Most importantly is I'm treated as a family member with great customer service, excellent hospitality, the way that certain workers interact with myself and other's I've witnessed makes me feel as well as others at home, always welcome and valued ! I appreciate every person at this location and honestly this has to be the best WAWA TEAM EMPLOYEES that I have ever came across, I'll drive the extra 10 miles to avoid the negative energy at the other Wawa locations just to get my original ICED CARAMEL LATTE , with a extra 2 shots of Expresso , whipped cream to treat my fur babies and extra caramel drizzle made by the most inviting employee Miss Ilonka not to mention drink maker she goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome, she already knows my order by heart that is the true definition of Customer service .....
