The worst customer service , there was a security guard standing in front of the beer cooler, had to wait for someone to unlock the cooler , never heard of that before , they said people come in and steal beer, that is pretty bad.
Wow my daughter goes into the female bathroom to change her newborn diaper and a male employee walks in the bathroom with out knocking and when my daughter sayS I'm in here changing a baby he reply with its OK I'm only cleaning the bathroom not cool safety issue big time
Had highly unsatisfied experience with Hispanic lady on coffee station today around 12:35 pm. I always, always order iced coffee without ice. Now, I know that by recipe if customer ask no ice they suppose to put a bit less of a drink(I worked at the cafe, I know how that works, so I’m okay with that). I’m a huge Wawa fan! This is my to go place to get a coffee! So I get the same drink from all over Fl locations and in 90% they even don’t mention that it will be less drink, they just make it nice and great. In 9% they make it less because you don’t take ice. And only this Hispanic lady only at this location put, I swear!, a bit more than HALF of 24oz cup and told me that they way she will make it. Like what?? I mean I understand you supposed to make less, but not the half! I just want to mention that I hardly complain EVER, hardly leave negative review, but since I think I tried coffee almost at every Fl Wawa location(I travel a lot) and my experience is ALWAYS wonderful with Wawa, I found it very disappointing.
Rodrigo is the best! They made a mistake on my order and he worked quickly to correct the mistake in a timely matter. I left with my order, satisfied.
I recently had a rather unfortunate experience at Wawa store #5143 located at 4397 West Vine St., Kissimmee, FL 34746. It is currently 4:56 am, and I am en route to the airport with my one-year-old daughter and wife, embarking on a 7-hour flight. In an effort to economize, we opted to grab breakfast sandwiches from Wawa. Upon entering, I encountered a situation where the staff member behind the food counter was engaged in a phone call via AirPods. It took some effort to capture her attention. When I requested two Sizzli sandwiches, she replied that it would take an additional 30 minutes. I frequent Wawa regularly, and never before have I encountered a situation where ordering Sizzli breakfast sandwiches was time-restricted, regardless of the hour—be it 2 am or 4 am. This departure from the usual standard of service was disheartening, especially considering the circumstances. As we prepare for an extended flight with an infant, our intention was simply to be well-prepared, but unfortunately, this store and its associate disrupted our plans.
