Waterbean Coffee

Such a cute and cozy little space to enjoy a coffee! Lots of seating and little nooks inside to spend time working/studying. Also, a great space to bring a friend to catch up with!

Good stuff all around. Just moved to the area, and this shop will definitely be on the coffee shop rotation. Mocha was in point, and I decided to give the morning breakfast sandwich a try. Solid. Parking: There is a small lot, a few spots, directly behind the bldg, and a connected lot for the bigger place next door, though I'm not sure if it's a shared lot. I was ok because it was before hours of the other place.

Súper lindo el lugar, muy acogedor, limpio!!! Es la segunda vez que venimos y las dos chicas siempre con una sonrisa y una actitud padrisima. Las bebidas deliciosas, les recomiendo el Neopolitan latte Pronto regresaré a probar algo más!!!

My roommate and I love going here for coffee and breakfast. Everyone is so friendly. The vibes are top tier.
