Booked a table on the app about 40mins before we arrived , when arrived at the pub asked the staff that we had a table booked, They asked for the name , told them and rudely got a reply of when did we book , I told them about 40 mins ago and got told that they only print the bookings off in the morning…… so why have a app that u can book 30 mins before you go . This is bad management, We ordered on the app asked for no mayo on the burgers they all came with it , they changed the burgers but got a rude member off staff telling us how to order in future. Maybe the kitchen staff can actually read the orders properly this will help … Then we can here the staff talking about us and giving us dirty looks unacceptable customer service .. won’t be returning anytime soon
