We use real eye round roast meat---seasoned with salt, pepper & garlic then sear it off the grill & then slice super thin. We then Saute the purple onions, mushrooms & green & red fresh bell peppers on order. Smothered with White American Cheese. Served on a 12" French Grinder Roll. This is our Biggest grinder, we really load it up---thus the term "JACKED"
