Awful attitude and management

no good service

Understaffed and under supplied. For such a huge store one would expect other options if what you wanted was not available. Empty shelves and vacant areas throughout the store. Terrible service needing help since I'm disabled which they (Kendra) refused me help.

Some staff seem more concerned with treating regular customers like shop lifters than providing good customer service and pleasant shopping experience.

It has good vibe

Horrible service at the tire center. Order a tire on line. Made my appointment for installation on line. But then 2 hours before my installation the appointment was cancelled. Now I cannot even get them to answer the phone over there. Then someone hung up the phone with our answering it. Never again.

I like Walmart it's just with this one there's always a lot of sticking hand trucks in most isles. And they only have like 3 motorized carts that rarely work if any are available. I've had to leave them abandoned in isles due to battery dying or just malfunctioning. So get more motorized carts and do more stocking over night if possible.

Mr.Frank and another gentleman from the the auto department really helped me in the parking lot ! I’m so thankful . Thank you for being good humans !!!

Easy entry and exit to parking lot. Plenty of check out lines open. Friendly employees.
