The cashiers at this store are the most poorly trained employees I have ever dealt with in retail. Trying to buy a TV and the c+ashier informed me before scanning any item that I only had 30 days to return... fine. She then scanned the wrong barcode and the TV would not sell. The supervisors were all outside getting carts or whatever. I was told I had to wait for a new TV. 5 or 10 minutes later the supervisor was then able to sell the same TV by scanning the right barcode. I then had to reload the TV in the cart myself. To add insult to injury, the door person would not let me leave without looking at the receipt after watching me come from the supervisors register.
Usually dont have what I need
I had my oil changed after that I had a lot of problems.
The curbside pick up wait has gotten progressively longer and longer. On my most recent pick up, I had to wait in a line of 3 cars for a curbside spot to open up. Many of the curbside slots are being used as parking stalls for people to go in and shop.
There’s also been an increase of random males sitting against the store wall in front of the curbside slots, which doesn’t allow me to pull all the way up. I’m beginning to think I will get better service at Target across the way or Hyvee down the street.
