Self checkout just a big lane... and why so many employees but not even 2 employees or more at the cashier?

I went to Walmart and could not believe how filthy it was. There was leakage from most every freezer. Trash in the store. I will try extremely hard never to patronize that Walmart again.

I went in Walmart today to purchase a fan, pizza, chicken wings, dove body wash and soap before I went home for the day bc I just got off work and I will never shop here again. They now have all the soap locked up and you know Walmart employees are never in areas when you need them, well I found an employee that said he had to go get the key, then he came back and got what I needed out and as he is closing and locking the case he tells me that he has to go with me to the register since I got soap. Listen I am 40 years old I don’t need a chaperone it’s sad that I have to be humiliated and pay for my soap with him watching me just because you all have decided to stereotype everybody just bc your employees are not doing their jobs. I am sorry but I work for everything I have I don’t deserve that just because you choose to have self check out. Just put cashiers at registers and get rid of self check out bc it’s not my fault the top flight security you have at the doors are not checking peoples bags. I pay for everything I go into buy so don’t treat me like a criminal just because your staff or lack there of are not doing their jobs

I had a car issue after getting a flat. No jump start options, found out that the car has to be pulled up to the bay before they would change the tire so I had to get an outside service to come out and change my tire before I could take it into their bay which took a couple days. They only had one tire option for my car. Hours suddenly changed to appointment only and the online appointment process system had issues. Long waits even with appointment. Some confusion. They had limited staff.

24 registers abs not 1 was open Can't ever find anyone when you need something and shelves don't get organized very often, things were just thrown back.

The store was filthy and the womems bathroom was disgusting. I'll pass on this walmart
