Walmart Supercenter

This is the second time going to the Walmart auto center and being told the oil change was going to be completed in an hour. This is the second time that it took just two hours. I was specifically told by Chris shortly after 3 that there was no wait. In fact he said the one car on front of me was getting finished up. I said okay I'll get the service. This was shortly after 3pm. 415 comes around and they still hadn't started. Told the tech that if he couldn't finish to just forget it. He says "I can finish before 5. Well he's finished about 445 then THERE wasn't anyone to check me out. Why does this location NEVER have workers and ALWAYS lie. I then asked a lady that was a store lead if she could check me out because I had to go. She proceeds to say that she was busy helping a customer find something he wanted to purchase and I had to wait. I politely told her that 1st I been here for almost 2 hours based on a lie of promised one hour. Then I asked her if she planned on giving me a discount because I was lied to yet again. She takes her sweet time trying to call for help. Oh and of course I got checked out 2 minutes to five. WALMART IS THE WORST.

I like Walmart
