Surprisingly very nice e clean big Waitrose with wonderful atmosphere. Like the sushi counter, tasty looking bakery. The entrance from the shopping mole side is tastefully arranged. Definitely a place where I will return.

I recently visited the store, although the service is still very good, l noticed that you have reduced the number of cashiers and increased the number of self-service tillswhich although is a good thing, why do they offer the choice of paying by cash as well as card like many of your competitors do? Many customers, would prefer it.

Can get most things here.They have a large booze section.Unfortunatley the coffee machine was out of order and I purchased a cup especially:-(

Bad hygiene in the store generally. This store used to be so good but I visited yesterday (Dec 30th) the vegetable section empty save a few old vegetables lying on the shelves. Same with fruit. I bought a box of seedless easy peelers clementines which when I unpacked them I discovered some were old and wrinkly and others just not fresh . I tasted one and it was awful, hardly any flavour , just watery….horrible… Most areas I visited were in chaos , especially the chilled goods, young staff standing around laughing and joking on their phones….. Management needs to get their staff sorted.
