Great customer service and I love all their menu selections; comforting food any day of the week.

Can I give a negative star? One is too much. Terrible customers service. Was treated extremely rude. Will never eat here again. This place is above average price for basically a Teriyaki bowl. I paid $1.00 extra for brown rice. I received white rice. After I brought it back they asked if they could just give me the brown rice on the side. I replied no can you please remake the bowl. I was given an instant attitude. I wasn’t looking for anything other than rebuilding the bowl. They could have used the same meat. Instead they treated me like garbage in disgust because of my request. Terrible, terrible customer service.

I got the wagyu beef plate but the beef seemed overcooked and a bit burnt. The salad and avocado was however very fresh.

Ooooooh weeeeeeee.....I was driving around searching for what I may want to eat and Pow! I see the popcorn chicken place, then realize, it's closed. Low and behold, next door is a wagyu meat and grill, so I thought I'd try it. great choice for me, woweeee, it's so good. I ordered the Wagyu and Spicy Pork plate, it's super tasty!!!!!

Came here for a work lunch. I was thoroughly impressed and delighted at how good this meal was. I got the beef bowl with fried egg, white rice, and kale salad. Amazing! My plate was the envy of the table, as we all went to different locations and sat together outside.

New favorite lunch place near my work. Absolutely delicious!
