customer service is great.they always smiling an very cheerful.
For some reason,this restaurant has turned delivery only,which eliminates any before work and lunch break money from businesses in the area,which makes no sense for normal areas but makes total sense for how predominant black area businesses do business these days, customer service is declining rapidly in most businesses on Memorial Dr that weve supported in the past, something has to change in favor of the patrons soon

Seriously, what is going on! I ordered a delivery order and it is all wrong and I just have never had Waffle House oof this quality before. I got All-Star special and a Texas cheesesteak. My Texas cheesesteak is basically a grilled cheese I asked for a peanut butter, waffle, got plain, I asked for a single hash brown with sausage, gravy and got double hash brown. I wanted an over well egg And it is scrambled. I asked for raisin toast and regular toast and my sausage looks undercooked. This is very displeasing. Not to mention it took a while over an hour to get this meal.
The server passing food is very polite but their EFFICIENCY NEEDS WORK! It’s DELIVERY ONLY and every single delivery driver is waiting 10 minutes minimum. It’s already been 22 for me and I haven’t been waiting the longest. They are staffed with 8 ppl and that’s more than average at a dine-in location.
The food here is so nasty. I threw up after that.
Came here this morning and was told this location is not a sit in anymore it’s online delivery fyi, looks like they don’t want to pay workers.
Fully staffed restaurant with half full patrons...took 15 minutes for server to acknowledge us just to say.. "well get to you when we can." Local and this location consistently lacks quality/service and is not representative of Waffle House in general.
