God forbid they get slammed you would never get your food or drinks.

Was charged twice first meal was cancelled cause they were out of chicken told I would receive a refund 7 days later still no refund

Placed an order online, confirmation said it would be ready at 12:15, I arrived at exactly at that time. I went to the counter and asked the dark hair girl about my order, she responded that it wasn't ready, ok so I take a sit, it was kind of crowded so I understood. I sat down for about 15 min whe. I saw people that had just sit in a booth get there food before me, so I walked beck to the counter and asked the same girl about my order, her response, oh its ready or whatever it's sitting here, well when was going to be notified tat it was ready? My name was not called, no text or anything. I try to be soft spoken but sitting there I watched the employees joke and play while my food just sit there.

So very dirty just stepping on waffles and eggs. They were busy but nice. Food was good four slices of toast and one jelly pack is ridiculous
