Waffa Theory!

Waffa! Theory was founded in 2021 by three sisters. Our goal was simple – to create a dessert experience that our (five collective) children would love – and our ideas and concepts grew from there. Waffa! Theory’s mission is to elevate experiences from the everyday to the unique. That means never being satisfied to go with the flow; instead we seek to bring out the special in everything that we offer. It’s that mission that inspired our one-of-a kind offerings featuring bubble waffles served up in a variety of sweet and savory creations.
